Shipping Policy
Here is what to expect after you place your order with Simply Modern Scents.
Processing & Delivery
Most orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. During peak seasons and holidays, delivery may take a little longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for packages delayed or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us, we will reach out to arrange reshipment.
Carrier Delays
Once a package is scanned in by the carrier, delivery timing is in their hands. We are not responsible for carrier delays, but if something looks off, contact us and we will do our best to help.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. We package every order with care, but we are not responsible for damage, loss, or mishandling that occurs in transit. If your package arrives damaged or is lost after it has shipped, please file a claim directly with the carrier, as they are responsible for handling once the package is in their possession.
