Shipping policy

Our candles are hand poured at the time of your order. Most candles take 5-7 business days to be made and cured. 
Please note that we are only shipping candles Monday-Wednesday to avoid candles sitting in carrier trucks or warehouses over the weekend.

We are not responsible for any of our products that melt from sitting outside in various elements. Candles and wax melts can melt quickly during warmer parts of the year if left outside. Please monitor your emails for delivery updates. Your tracking number will be on your order confirmation email. 

Please make a note of this when ordering your candle.

Customers are responsible for making sure their address is correctly provided. We want to make sure your package gets to you. Lastly, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
